MOTIF..

A theme oriented multipurpose building complex with a night club, function hall, Concert stage, restaurant, bar and co-working spaces all combined in a single space that relates to one themed ambiance at a time.

This is a concept design for an upcoming project near Gachibowli, Hyderabad.

The beach/ ocean themed interiors for MOTIF:

An LED walkway, 3 large LED screens playing the beautiful ocean, odour sprays, wind fans, sand floor, bar and beach furniture ensure a full ambiance of the beach inside the building. The top floors containing the function hall and co-working spaces also have an unobstructive view of the screens and similar treatments to enhance the ambiance all over the building.

The Jungle themed interiors for MOTIF..

An LED walkway, 3 large LED screens playing the mysterious jungle, odour sprays, wind fans, grass floor, bar, jungle themed furniture and trees in the sitting space ensure a full ambiance of the jungle inside the building. The top floors containing the function hall and co-working spaces also have an unobstructive view of the screens and similar treatments to enhance the ambiance all over the building.
